Day 1: Cusco – Cloud Forest – Pilcopata

We will start from the city of Cusco in the morning on our mobility. Ascending to the heights of Paucartambo: on the way for visiting the funeral towers or Chulpas Nina Marca and the colonial town of Paucartambo. Then, descending to the mysterious cloud forest full of beautiful orchids, heliconias, bromeliads and primitive ferns. on the way We will stop to give the opportunity to witness at the peruvial national bird . Cock of the Rock (“Peruvian rupicola”) in the mating ritual. (Visit to the lick cock of the rock) are also able to observe many species of birds. With luck to see mammals: monkeys, spectacled bear etc. and in the afternoon we will arrive to our typical hostel bathrooms and showers available. While overnight.

Day 2: Pilcopata – Atalaya – Paititi Lodge

After our breakfast we will continue in our mobility and will have a hike where we could see many birds. and along the way also observe coca leaf plantations and a rescue center for wildlife. Then reaching the port of Atalaya, where we will get to our boat for approximately 30 minutes to our hostel. Spend the night and in the afternoon we will explore the forest by one of our trails and night by night walk (optional).

Day 3: Paititi Lodge – Parrot and  Macaw Clay Lick – Machuwasi Lake

We will leave very early to our boat to the parrot clay lick where we will see 3-4 species of parrots and small macaws, and after this activity we will explore the jungle for an average of 3 to 4 hours before returning to our hostel. And in the afternoon we will visit Machuwasi Lake where we will hike to get to this beautiful place of Lake Machuwasi. Where we will use rafts to navigate about an hour watching a variety of birds and mammals, and hopefully, alligator, monkeys, ronsocos etc and in the afternoon we will return to our hostel (Optional trip: walk at night).

Day 4: Paititi Lodge – Atalaya – Cusco

After our delicious breakfast unfortunately, we will return by boat. From our harpy hostel to the port of Atalaya where we will catch our mobility to return to the city of Cusco, new mind through the mysterious cloud forest and last stops to appreciate best over this magical place full of flora and fauna., continuing to the imperial city of Cusco. (Approximate arrival between 07:00 pm).
