Palccoyo Full Day Hike

Cusco – Cusipata – Combapata – Palccoyo – Cusipata – Cusco

The trip starts picking you up from your accommodation at six in the morning. Then we will go to Cusipata, where we will have a tasty breakfast, finishing our meals we will continue the journey by car for about two hours and half, enjoying the view of amazing landscapes, animals, llamas and many villages before getting to the trek starting point.

After you receive the instructions from the tour guide, we start the walk toward the palccoyo’s viewer, from this place you will enjoy an amazing view of 360° of a colorful range and the Stone forest. The climbing part will be gradual and it will take forty-five minutes approximately.

After walking for about two kilometers four thousand metres over the sea level, finally we get to our destination: “Palccoyo and his three colourful mountains”, we will have enough time to enjoy this spectacular place. Finishing our visit, we will come back to the trek starting point, where our vehicle will be waiting for us to take us back to Cusipata for the lunch time. And to conclude this journey we finally arrive to Cusco as earlier as we can.
