Day 1: Cusco – Santa Maria

We will pick you up 6:30 and 7:00 am from your hotel. From there we went in the direction of Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley, where we will have breakfast. Then we continue our journey until the Abra Malaga to 4’316 m, the highest point of the journey and the place where we start downhill biking. The tour lasts three hours and during descent we will observe beautiful landscapes, local people and a variety of flora and fauna, until we arrive to the village of Huamanmarka. From there we continue by car to the town of Santa Maria, where we have lunch and have the opportunity to do river rafting in the sacred river of the Incas, Vilcanota

Day 2: Santa Maria – Santa Teresa

The day starts at 6:30 with breakfast. From there after 15 minutes drive, we begin the walk uphill for an hour. In the route we will observe different tropical fruits and also cocoa/cacao plants, coca and coffee. We will also have the opportunity to visit some local families and paint our faces using the Achiote, a natural dye. Most impressive of this day is the original Inca Trail that will certainly never forget it. After three hours of walking we will have lunch in the community of Quelomayo. From there we continue for two and a half hours to reach the hot springs of Cocalmayo. To end the day we go to rest at santa maria town.

Day 3: Santa Teresa – Aguas Calientes

After breakfast at 6:30, all of you will have the chance to do the fun activity of Zip Line /Canopy / Tirolesa which takes about two hours. Then all of us will take the car to Hydroelectric Machu Picchu, where we start to walk for half an hour to reach the restaurant. During the break you can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains of Huayna Picchu, Machu Picchu Mountain and the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. To end this day we will walk for two hours on the side of the rail train to Aguas Calientes. If we are lucky we will see the national bird of Peru, the Cock of the Rock.

Day 4: Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Cusco

around 4:00 am we get up to go to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. The walk will be one hour and a half. on the way to Machu Picchu all of you will have the opportunity to see a beautiful sunrise. After checking into the control of the park at 6:00 am we will continue the visit within the Inca citadel together with our guide, who will share their knowledge and show us the most important places of Machu Picchu. After two hours the guide will say goodbye to all of you and you will have free time to explore and feel the magic of Machu Picchu. To end this beautiful day you take the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo. and Ollantaytambo to Cusco will be by car.
